    About the job

    Responsibilities / Tasks
    The key purpose of this temporary position (18 months) is to develop and to optimize the Supply Chain function by improving the service level and to ensure the products and or services are delivered at the best costs and on time for all Business Units within GEA Africa.

    • Processes orders
    • Clarifies issues with requestors and suppliers
    • Communicates with suppliers on demand, volume, and delivery times (Expediting)
    • Follows processes, guidelines, and Procurement policies
    • General Administration
    • Understand Financial Functions

    Your Profile / Qualifications

    • 3+ years of relevant work experience (creditors and procurement experience preferred)
    • Certificate/Diploma on Supply Chain/Finance
    • Knowledge of MS Excel
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Language requirement: English
    • This role is a 18 months fixed contract
