Procurement Administrator at Vision Elevators

Job Description
We are looking for a young person to join our team March.

Their main function will be to assist with all Vision-related procurement Admin.

• Processing GRNS
• Following up invoices
• Chasing  open purchase orders 
• Reconciling accounts with the Accounts department
• Ideally, we are looking for a young candidate who is potentially studying accounting or finance and is looking to work in a similar environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Written)
• Detail-orientated with accurate data entry skills
• Good teamwork skills and self-management skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong number skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Confidence with Google Suite especially Google Sheets
• SAP experience is not necessary but advantageous

This position is for a 6-month limited duration contract with the potential of being offered as a full-time position thereafter, based on performance and differences made with the department.
