Procurement Clerk - Temporary - Paarden Eiland at West Coast Personnel

• The position of a temporary Procurement Clerk has become available. 
• This position is based at the Head Office in Paarden Eiland and it reports directly to the Maintenance Planner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting various maintenance teams and confirm project completion
• Contact suppliers for outstanding invoices
• Prepare a pack for Maintenance Clerk / Admin controllers to receipt
• Assist with creating receipts on validated charges
• Resource will be working hand in hand with Betsinde to ensure backlog on receipt if caught up on
• Resolve queries with suppliers
• Resolve queries as raised by AP department
• Knowledge, skills and attributes:
• Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Accurate numerical skills
• Adeptness in making careful independent decisions
• Planning and organizing ability
• Working in a temperature-controlled environment

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12
• 2 years’ related experience
• Computer literate – MS Word, Excel and Outlook
