Procurement Excellence Consultant - JHB at PwC South Africa

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in delivering projects, through a wide range of roles (e.g. analyst, workstream lead)
• Establishing effective working relationships with the team and directly with clients
• Contributing to the development of your own technical acumen
• Being actively involved in business development activities by assisting in the development of proposals and pitch documents for potential new business 
• Continuing to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar
• Enrolled for or have completed a Procurement qualification such as CIPS would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Experience in digital procurement systems will be advantageous
• Experience in SQL, VBA, or other programming languages will be advantageous
• Demonstrate strong analytical and people skills 
• Be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form
• Be able to work independently, while still being part of a larger team

Minimum years experience required:

• 2-4 years experience, preferably in:
• Management Consulting
• Procurement
• Supply Chain Management
