Key Responsibilities:
- Data capturing on ERP system
- Follow procedure for procurement of goods and services
- Assist in communicating the company’s expectations to the suppliers.
- Work with the Planners and Buyers to track, control and track timeous delivery of goods and services
- Assist the Buyers with requesting samples from suppliers to ensure that the product that is delivered meets the product requirements/specifications.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Continuous learning – a curious mind
