Job Summary

• The role is in RBB Finance in the Product Control.  To manage the risks that sits in the Balance Sheet.  The focus will be on supporting/roll the Head of Department to roll out greater RBB Strategy (External Audit, internal Audit, RBB Recons Dashboard, Robotics Project and streamlining of processes).

Job Description

• Assist Head of Department (HoD) to roll-out Product Control Strategy across greater RBB.
• Support the external audit and internal audit across RBB.
• Co-ordinate Robotics Project to ensure that critical manual processes are automated.
• Capacity creation: Identify and streamline processes in order to improve efficiencies and turnaround time in the team.
• Risk Management: play an oversight role on recons that RBB has outsourced some of the Recons to 3 Centre of excellences, namely, Financial Shared Services (FSSA), Tech Enablement and Accounting control.
• RBB Recons Dashboard: Work with FSSA, Tech Enablement and Accounting Control to get monthly Recons Dashboards and manage the risks that sits in the recons.
• IT incidents Dashboard, Deep-dive exercise on Product Control Suspense GL,
• Produce monthly reports/power point presentations to be presented at different forums.

Education

• Bachelor Honours Degree: Accounting (Required)
