Product Development Assistant at Nurture Brands

Description

• Assist in the formulation and development of new products
• Perform small scale trials in the laboratory and lager scale trials in the factory
• Prepare and maintain laboratory notebooks and records in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
• Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests under the guidance of the Product Development Scientists and Senior Chemist.
• Accurately record and analyze experimental data, preparing detailed reports on findings.
• Prepare technical documents, including trial batch records, and analytical validation protocols.
• Support project management activities, including timelines, Quality Control and Manufacturing to ensure seamless project execution.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Suggest and implement improvements to laboratory processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences , Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or laboratory setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
