Product Manager at Novus Holdings Ltd

• The Product Manager is responsible for generating detailed sales forecasts and analyzing market trends. This position will focus exclusively on forecasting and data analysis, providing critical insights to the Commercial Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities    

• Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to align forecasts with supply chain strategies.
• Analyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities for product distribution.
• Provide comprehensive reports on forecast accuracy and variances.
• Utilize forecasting tools and software to refine prediction models.
• Support new product launches by providing demand insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecasting accuracy.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to the Commercial Manager.

Educational Requirements    

• relevant tertiary education in sales, marketing and/or logistics

Experience Requirements    

• 3-5 years’ experience within a sales / target driven environment including experience managing accounts
• Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
• Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts
• Good understanding of developing sales reports
• Experience in Media Industry
• Applicants with existing, or a history of, relationships with South Africa's primary media clients will have a distinct advantage.
