Product Manager/Product Owner - 12 Months Contract(Renewable) at Watershed Consulting

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years’ experience in core product management, building products from scratch

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience of working in multi-disciplinary product teams (Experience designers, Product Owners, Engineers) within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining calm under pressure
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
• Evidenced understanding and application of human-centered design and delivery
• Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries
• Experience with B2C and B2B products
• A demonstrated desire to build products and services that customers will love
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Experience navigating ambiguous environments solving complex problems while exercising good judgement
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA/ Confluence/ Figma SKILLS, Strong understanding of SCRUM
• Ability to ‘think-out-of-the-box’ / lateral thinking with a balance short and long-term thinking
• High drive/self-starter/proactive and anticipate requirements
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong co-ordination, prioritisation, organisational and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills across all levels
• Professionalism, excellent judgement, use of discretion and problem-solving abilities
