As a Product Manager II within the Lexis+ portfolio, you will own one or more product capabilities and be accountable for delivering customer and business outcomes across the end-to-end product lifecycle. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will help shape AI-powered research, drafting, workflow, and productivity solutions while ensuring legal content is effectively enabled within the platform to maximize customer value.
Responsibilities
Own a defined product area, being accountable for customer and business outcomes from discovery through launch and optimization.
Engage directly with customers to identify unmet needs, validate problems, and uncover opportunities for innovation.
Prioritize and manage roadmap investments using customer insights, data, commercial impact, strategic alignment, and technical considerations.
Partner with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to translate customer problems into valuable product solutions.
Define and monitor success metrics, using analytics and experimentation to guide product decisions and measure impact.
Contribute to product strategy, business cases, and product plans through customer, market, competitive, and commercial analysis.
Support successful product launches and adoption through close collaboration with sales, marketing, customer success, and operational teams.
Communicate priorities, decisions, trade-offs, and progress effectively to stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
4–6 years of product management experience or related role, preferably in legal tech, content, or information services.
Demonstrated ownership of product capabilities or features from discovery through launch and optimization.
Track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
Experience developing product plans, business cases, requirements, and roadmap priorities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders through clear communication and effective alignment.
Strong customer, analytical, commercial, and organizational acumen, with the ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
