Product Owner: Credit Platform at Intelligent Debt Management

What you’ll do

As a Platform Product Owner, you will:

• Shape the product vision and roadmap in partnership with business and technical teams.
• Turn strategy into action by defining clear user stories, backlog items, and success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and analysts to deliver impactful features.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure smooth, transparent communication across the team.
• Prioritise what matters most — balancing customer needs, data insights, and business goals.
• Use experimentation and analytics to test assumptions, validate value, and improve performance.
• Be the voice of the customer, ensuring our platform delivers intuitive, empowering experiences.
• Act as the product ambassador, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged at every stage.

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, mathematics, science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in product management, product ownership, or software development.
• The ability to make decisions using data and to experiment
• Strong communication and facilitation skills — you’re comfortable leading discussions and building alignment.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• A knack for understanding customer journeys and improving user experience.
• A self-starter mindset — you can manage your own work while keeping the bigger picture in focus.

Bonus points for

• Exposure to the financial services industry and financial data.
• Strong foundation of coding or data analysis.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops or cross-functional planning sessions.
• Figma skills
