Responsibilities & Duties include:

• Evaluate and improve business processes, anticipating requirements.
• Develop and implement solutions, evolving the product roadmap and vision.
• Support the Scrum team in understanding and prioritising business requirements.
• Enhance and maintain the backlog based on stakeholder input.
• Provide user story details and priorities during sprint planning.
• Review and optimise business processes, staying updated on advancements.
• Conduct meetings, share insights and document results.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
• Gather critical information, produce useful reports, and act as a liaison.
• Perform user acceptance testing and update procedures.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business needs.
• Train internal users and create business cases based on analysis.
• Stay updated on new technologies for possible further learning.

Requirements/skills:

• Undergraduate degree (Honours preferred) required.
• Minimum 4 years of agile Product Ownership experience.
• Consulting background advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development lifecycle.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and leadership abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving mindset.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven track record of successful project completion.
