Product Owner at Salt South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer shopping behaviors, extract actionable insights, and propose solutions to improve the online journey and drive conversion rates.
• Product Ownership: Define and prioritize features, manage sprints and releases, and ensure seamless digital customer experiences in an agile environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, aligning business objectives with customer-centric solutions.
• Strategic Execution: Oversee end-to-end operational plans and execute enhancements to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years as a Product Owner in an agile environment.
• Proven success in launching new product features and driving customer engagement.
• Background in marketing, user experience, or analytics is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• Certifications such as SAFe or Certified Product Owner are preferred.

Skills:

• Expertise in customer-centric product development and digital strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in user experience design and A/B testing.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
