Product Owner

Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and leadership teams to drive development.
- Manage product lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
- Analyze user engagement metrics to refine product strategy.
- Stay updated on technologies and contribute to technical discussions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in product management within a tech-driven company.
- Strong understanding of Agile development and product lifecycles.
- Technical proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Experience working with UX/UI teams to optimize user experience.
- Passion for fundraising, social impact, or nonprofit technology is a plus.
