Responsibilities:

• Determining Use cases and User Stories
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
• Identifying process improvement opportunities
• Determining operational practicality
• Compiling training material and conducting training with internal users
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Performing user acceptance testing
• Writing and implementing efficient code
