Duties:
Develop and maintain localized service information tailored for the South African market.
Validate technical data with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure timely publication of service documentation within launch schedules.
Assess engineering changes and new model launches, updating service content accordingly.
Monitor and enhance technical content quality through dealer feedback and continuous improvement efforts.
Resolve dealer technical issues and address service information gaps promptly.
Develop market-specific service literature and in-vehicle information for launch readiness.
Support cost reduction initiatives and improve customer satisfaction via accurate technical information.
Coordinate special tools and equipment requirements for engineering changes and new product launches.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering role within manufacturing.
Strong analysis, coordination, and planning skills.
Proven ability in technical writing and content development.
Familiarity with engineering processes and market-specific technical standards.
Ability to work effectively on-site in the Eastern Cape.
