Product Specialist at 10X Investments

Specification    
Key accountabilities and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: 
All products

• Draft and maintain product specification documents and collateral for products 
• Ensure products are aligned with the changing regulatory environment, market dynamics and customer needs 
• Project manage the implementation of new products or product enhancements across the business 
• Working closely with digital and IT to develop and enhance integrated product solutions and customer experience across the business
• Maintenance of product tools and calculators 
• Providing technical marketing support and product positioning 

CIS Manco

• Responsible for operations of the CIS Manco
• Manage relationship with 3rd party administrator
• Liaise with internal and external compliance to ensure that policies are in line with relevant regulation and legislation
• Ensure operating procedures are compliant with company policies and service standards 
• Preparation and completion of Manco Board and Sub-Committee packs
• Manage Manco relationship with external parties including Trustee, custodians, and the FSCA 
• Assist with financial reporting of the Manco 

Living Annuity 

• Manage relationship with cell captive insurer
• Liaise with compliance to ensure that product is being operated inline with regulation and agreements 

UCITS

• Manage relationship with 3rd party Manco and Administrator

Requirements    
Qualification and Experience: 

• Related Financial/Investment/Commercial degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the CIS industry
• Strong understanding of the investment, tax and regulatory environment in South Africa 
• Knowledge of technical and operational requirements of Manco operations
