Product Specialist- Advanced Healing and Ostomy (KZN) at Adcock Ingram holdings

Key Outputs:

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and decision makers
• Implement marketing strategy to achieve sales growth
• Manage expenses according to monthly allocated accounts
• Identify opportunities in the market and new growth areas for the business
• Timeous and professional response to customer complaints and queries
• Educate and train customers and patients
• Accurate weekly and monthly reporting and planning, including monthly statistics reporting
• Facilitate and generate orders
• Continuous targeting and updating of customer database
• Be aware of market trends and competitor activity
• Administration responsibilities
• Territory coverage including country trips

Requirements

Required Learning / Experience:

• Matric
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing / related field
• Min of 2-3 years Sales experience
• Medical background preferable
• Experience in both Wound and Ostomy care preferable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Computer literate
• Existing relationships with customers in the area (Preferable)
• Valid driver’s License.
• Own car
