Production Manager at Hire Resolve

We are looking for a Production Manager at one of our mines in Mpumalanga!

Are you the perfect candidate?
Measure yourself against the following requirements:

• A relevant NQF Level 6 tertiary qualification
• A Surface Blasting Certificate for Coal Mines
• Mine Managers Certificate
• At least 5 years of experience in the mining industry with 2 years of opencast coal mine experience at a superintendent level

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Formulating a functional plan and engaging with Production Superintendents to ensure the plan is properly executed
• Providing input to ensure the capability and proper allocation, deployment, and optimisation of people and other resources
• Understanding the entire process
• Creating a conductive environment
