Lead and oversee all production operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient production planning, on-time delivery, quality compliance, resource optimisation, and the effective management of production teams while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification.
Previous experience as a Production Manager or in a senior production leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong production planning, scheduling, and workforce management experience.
Experience managing production KPIs, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Refrigeration or CO₂ manufacturing experience will be advantageous.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and project delivery.
