Production Manager at Robert Walters

The Production Manager will be responsible for the sourcing, allocation and optimisation of all fixed, working and human capital in order to reach the set objectives of the manufacturing plant.

The Production Manager will be responsible for:

• The planning, production, and dispatch of bulk product
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Identifying and resolving problems that may occur during production
• Human Capital Management
• Fixed & Working capital management
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Financial management

Key Requirements

• A degree in Production Management, Engineering or Food Technology
• Proven experience as a Production Manager
• At least 5 years of experience as a manager in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of World Class Manufacturing systems
• Demonstrable experience with BRC, Costco or GFCO
