An opportunity is available for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, production output, safety compliance, quality control, stock management, and workforce productivity. The successful candidate will ensure efficient plant performance, adherence to SHE standards, and achievement of production targets.
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4)
Previous supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage staff, productivity, and operational performance
