Production Supervisor at Mondi Group

Our mission:

• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are met at all times.
• Implement team KPI’s that are aligned to the departmental plan.
• Supervise and direct the Production teams.
• Ensure relevant and cost effective Production team actions.
• Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations.
• Deliver weekly and monthly team reports.
• Ensure compliance with isolation and de-isolation procedures
• Communicate the production schedule to teams.
• Execute plant modifications.

Your profile:

• Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management).
• Relevant Trade Test.
• National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or relevant Engineering discipline.
• National Diploma in Pulp & Paper would be advantageous.
• 5 years experience in a heavy industry environment.
• 1 – 2 Years Leadership experience would be advantageous. 
• Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and relevant equipment advantageous.
