Production Team Leader at MA Automotive Tool & Die (Pty) Ltd

Primary purpose of the job:

• To supervise team and ensure optimal production output as per company requirements.

Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

• Supervise team members to ensure optimal production output
• Effective shop floor planning
• Report all down-time immediately
• Monitor scrap and rework
• Complete all production, qulity and scrap related documentation accurately and timeously.
• Ensure that work practices comply with company SHEQ procedure and Works Instructions
• Report any unsafe act or condition to any safety representative or supervisor
• Conduct disciplinary enquiries and handle grievances

Minimum Requirements                                                                                   

• NQF Level 4 Diploma/ Certificates relevant to Production Management
• Minimum 3 years quality and manufacturing background within the automotive environment
