    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Primary purpose of the job

    • To lead and manage the Sales and Marketing function within the organisation by developing and maintaining sustainable customer relationships, identifying and securing business opportunities, supporting new projects and product changes, and ensuring commercially sound quotations and proposals. The role is responsible for aligning customer requirements with internal manufacturing, engineering, quality and project teams to support business growth, customer satisfaction, profitability and compliance with relevant industry standards, legislation and quality requirements.

    SPC Analyser

    Primary purpose of the job

    • The company requires the services of an individual to measure, capture and analyse data according to customer requirements

    Key Performance Areas

    • Measure and capture flush and gap measurements
    • Analyse the data captured in Uptime
    • Skin surface evaluation

    Knowledge and Skills required.

    • Gr 12 or NQF 4 qualification

    • Minimum 3 years in the measurement of parts and analysis of data

    Boilermaker

    Primary purpose of the job

    • Repair and maintain press machinery and boiler making to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Repair and maintain press machinery and boiler making to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.
    • Do preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant works instruction.
    • Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data and forward to the Team Leader.
    • Ensure that company procedures, works instructions and quality systems are always adhered to.
    • Participate actively in the departmental M2Sas per company requirement.

    Skills Required

    • Technical techniques
    • Press machinery repair and maintenance and extensive boiler making experience
    • Manufacturing processes
    • Basic understanding of quality systems
    • Welding & Cutting: Proficiency in shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), and oxy-fuel cutting.
    • Metal Fabrication: Ability to cut, shape, bend, and roll thick steel plates and tubes.
    • Reading of drawing and work drawings, engineering schematics, and isometric piping layouts.
    • Rigging & Hoisting: Setting up hoists, winches, cranes, and pulleys to safely lift and maneuverer massive metal components.
    • Pipefitting: Joining, brazing, and assembling complex pipe systems under strict pressure and heating codes.
    • Mathematics: Calculating angles, circumferences, volumes, and material tolerances.
    • Weld Inspection: Testing structural integrity using non-destructive methods (e.g. magnetic particles or radiographic testing).
    • Safety Compliance: Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations, confined space protocols, and hazard mitigation.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric/ NQF4                                                                             
    • N2/N3 
    • Qualified Boilermaker
    • Certificate in Maintenance Management and qualified as a coded welder
    • Min. 3 years’ experience as Boilermaker within an automotive environment

    Process Manager

    Primary purpose of the job

    • To carry prime responsibility/accountability for managing the Manufacturing Processes in all its facets, including the support functions required in the plant, in order to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled through cost effective resource utilisation, schedules and quality.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Takes overall responsibility for the manufacturing processes in press shop and assembly 
    • Manages all process engineering and process specialist functions
    • Coordinates process related topics with supporting functions and external shareholders and ensures alignment

    Production Team Leader

    Primary purpose of the job:

    • To supervise team and ensure optimal production output as per company requirements.

    Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

    • Supervise team members to ensure optimal production output
    • Effective shop floor planning
    • Report all down-time immediately
    • Monitor scrap and rework
    • Complete all production, qulity and scrap related documentation accurately and timeously.
    • Ensure that work practices comply with company SHEQ procedure and Works Instructions
    • Report any unsafe act or condition to any safety representative or supervisor
    • Conduct disciplinary enquiries and handle grievances
