Primary purpose of the job

• The company requires the services of an individual to measure, capture and analyse data according to customer requirements

Key Performance Areas

• Measure and capture flush and gap measurements
• Analyse the data captured in Uptime
• Skin surface evaluation

Knowledge and Skills required.

• Measuring equipment
• Sheet metal surface evaluation
• Quality Systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to do precision work

 Minimum Requirements

• Gr 12 or NQF 4 qualification 
• Minimum 3 years in Quality Environment 
• Basic SPC and Measuring techniques
• Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing environment and Quality Inspections
• Minimum 3 years in the measurement of parts and analysis of data
