Brief Description        

• The successful applicant will be expected to: 
• Actively participate in research and supervision of postgraduate students. 
• Design, teach and administer undergraduate and postgraduate courses. 
• Participate in the running of the Division through academic citizenship and administrative activities.
• Identity research projects for development for sourcing funding. 
• Ability to collaborate and work with national and international scholars.Additional requirements for ALL levels:It should be noted that the Division is looking to hire in the core Information Systems areas of systems analysis and design; database design; and systems development and implementation (coding/programming).
• Preference will be given to applicants with in-depth knowledge and proven experience in one (1) or more of these areas.
• A track record of work experience in a technology-related role and being NRF-rated will be highly advantageous.
