Key job responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to build and execute programs and roadmaps to achieve business goals. This includes both shortand long-term horizons.
• Make trade-offs by considering the larger picture (e.g., customer experience, financial goals, compliance, legal, brand, public relations, process workflow dependencies, metrics, quality, efficiency, etc.).
• Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
• Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
• Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements;
• Set up performance management mechanisms and track the partner performance on a day to day basis;
• Influence and negotiates resources and priorities
• Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis
• Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions, creating solutions from scratch for short and long term
• Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree
• Senior program or project management experience
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy, definition and end to end product delivery

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
