    Program Manager

    Role Purpose:

    • The Sirdar Group, Africa’s leading educator, appointer and guide of high-performing company boards, seeks a Programme Manager to support their director development and education programmes. The role drives the service delivery of the programmes and the positive experience of the participants.
    • To be considered you are deadline orientated, with a customer-centric approach and strong attention to detail. At least 2+ years recent experience as a Programme Manager or Programme Administrator in the custom education sector or a similar environment is required.The ability and confidence to engage with business executives is key. 

    The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the Sirdar Group’s Education Programmes. Ensure that the following 3 areas are focused on:

    • All education programmes are run effectively and efficiently and ensures the best customer experience over the full programme duration.  The role drives the service delivery and positive experience of the programme.
    • The participants in these programmes have a seamless, value-adding and meaningful experience of the relevant programme.
    • The programme operates as part of the Group’s culture and in line with its values, business model, methodology and service expectations.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate all paid programmes.
    • delivery of the monthly content for ongoing programmes and the engagement with the active participants on all the courses
    • Manage and update all programme content including the education platform (Moodle)
    • Provides the facilitator support throughout the programme
    • Manage the daily activities of the Educate Coordinator to ensure the programmes are delivered to standard.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience by providing all support required
    • Maximises the customer experience, ensuring further engagement by the participants with Sirdar Group’s wider service offering

    Qualifications: Matric essential and relevant tertiary education / training advantageous.

    Location: Cape Town or Johannesburg based. May require national travel from time-to-time.

    Salary: To R 20 000.00 pm (dependent on skills and experience)
