Lead the learning journey development and implementation for seven defined capabilities, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify program requirements and expectations to ensure successful engagement and implementation.
Deploy diverse learning initiatives effectively based on program design, with established budget, resources, and timelines.
Facilitate transparent communication among learners and stakeholders, keeping them informed about program progress, changes, and outcomes.
Identify and address potential risks and challenges in the learning program, developing proactive strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure the learning program meets or exceeds industry standards.
Measure the effectiveness of learning program, gather feedback and make improvements based on results.
Who you are
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or project management certifications are advantageous.
You’ll have a proven track record in training program management, including concepting, facilitating, and leading the development, managing vendors, and driving the implementation effectively according to plans. You are proficient in project management tools and have strong experience in stakeholder management.
You’ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
