    Manager, Marketing EEMEA Extremities

    Job description

    • We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager EEMEA -  Extremities who is ready to make a real impact. In this high-visibility role, you will shape the growth of a key portfolio, lead a talented team, and drive innovative marketing initiatives across a diverse and fast-growing region. You will work closely with sales, distributors, global marketing and top surgeons to strengthen our market leadership and bring meaningful solutions to patients.

    What you will do :

    • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with country, regional and global strategies.
    • Drive market analysis, competitive insights, product positioning, launches and lifecycle management for the Extremities portfolio.
    • Partner with Country Managers, Business Development Managers and sales teams to define priorities, support commercial execution and strengthen customer engagement.
    • Manage, coach and develop Product Managers and Marketing Specialists, setting clear objectives and ensuring strong performance.
    • Develop impactful marketing tools, promotional materials, training programs and digital content to support sales effectiveness.
    • Build strong relationships with surgeons, customers and KOLs to reinforce Stryker’s market leadership.
    • Ensure high-quality execution of events, congresses and marketing activities, including budget management and compliance.
    • Collaborate closely with EEMEA central marketing and global teams to align strategies and share market intelligence.

    What you need :

    • 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a Marketing Manager role.
    • Background in MedTech or B2B healthcare with a proven track record of driving growth.
    • Full management experience leading teams and developing talent.
    • Strong strategic mindset, analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English
    • Medical/pharma background or MBA is a plus.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
    • High integrity, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic and operational plan to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets.     What You Will Do:

    • Accurately forecast business and sustainable develop sales pipeline
    • Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business

    Senior Sales Representative

    Job description
    What you will do

    • Selling/demonstrating medical( Capital & Disposable) equipment within the theatre and clinical envinroment
    • Customer service / acquisition on of new customers
    • Planning, executing and monitioring of all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget
    • Customer care for (managerial) physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administrator with the goal of achieving qualitive and sales-oriented consultation
    • Organising and conducting training, surgical/theatre partcipation, view surgeries and workshops
    • Conducting price negioations and contractual preparation within the limits of in house guidelines, up to contract conclusion
    • Coordination of the distribution and logistics of products (conditionals, deposits, kits) with the support of the related manager
    • Controlling all of the resources and materials of his related sales area.  Optimisation of the resources
    • Regular reporting to the Management team on the evolution of sales and adaptation of the circumstances of the market
    • Planning all meetings, sales with customers and to maintain and update daily
    • Continued development of the sales territory under your control
    • Target performance expectation of the territory and to achieve this on time
    • Continously develop and understand the new product development ranges in orde rto maximise the customer potential through the introduction of new products and boardening the product range with the customer
    • To ensure Purchase order collection is made on time

    What you need

    • Degree in science, economics, theatre or medical is recommended
    • 3-4 years theater experience
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Fluent in English
    • Successful sales and marketing experience
