Programme Manager at Cisco

What You’ll Do
As a Project / Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of projects, programs and initiatives as part of CDA South Africa

• Business operations – the go-to person, helping with various efforts to meet the end goal.
• Supporting business planning (QBR, Annual Plan, Long Range Planning) including agenda management, meeting logistics and content collection
• Project management support for large programs including working with functional leads to manage and report on actions, roadblocks and metrics and supporting program communications to executives, sponsors and team members

Our Minimum Requirements For This Role Are

• 1+ years of hand’s on Project / Program management experience in a highly cross functional environment
• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of procurement process
• Understanding of Cisco’s Business Processes, Functional & Operations Processes
• Proficiency in using productivity tools, MS suite of products
• Understanding / knowledge of CDA South Africa
• Demonstrated collaboration and ability to be highly creative in a demanding environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, both at the peer and executive levels – including strong discretion and confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
