As an IT Project administrator, you will be assisting 4 project managers with critical administration required for their ERP implementation projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Creating proposals and project estimates.
• Creation and upkeep of project documentation.
• Invoicing and debtors management.
• Assist the Project Manager with ad hoc project related tasks.
• Reporting. • Assist with project governance such as filing, meeting minutes and reporting.
• Flexibility is required as you would be dealing with different tasks on one day.
• Schedule meetings, consolidate information for meetings, and ensure that actions are followed up as per the minutes And action list
Skills and qualifications
• Experience in project administration of project coordination supporting.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Projects or a similar project management tool (Advantageous).
• Relevant Diploma / Degree
Ability to multi-task and prioritise (you will be working with 4 individuals that might all give you different tasks at the same time).
