 To provide site management coordination services to ensure that the project is completed safely within time, cost and quality constraints while optimizing all resources used.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• National Diploma in build Environment / Commerce / Human Science at NQF 6 with240 credits

Key Responsibilities

• Support the provision of construction project management standard services throughout the project life-cycle.
• Coordinate and report on construction activities to ensure effective site contract and cost management is achieved.
• Provide construction management support during the project planning.
• Coordinate the timely supply of project material.
• Coordinate all site personnel and contractors functions.
• Facilitate and coordinate all outages required for the commissioning where required.
• Provide construction management support to project engineering.
• Comply to all Eskom and site related governance and safety, health, environment, risk and quality
• (SHERQ) requirements
