Placement of orders on the Necsa workflow system.
Declaring invoices for payment.
Register of new projects on the project management database, ensure that all required supporting documents are received, i.e. project scope, budget, timescale, project members/resources, and that a project authorisation form is generated. Request and allocate the project’s financial code to complete the registration of the project on the relevant systems.
Maintain all the projects listed on the project management database, e.g. by adding or changing project members or making any other changes as requested by the Manager.
Project review meetings:
Prepare and distribute agendas of meetings;
Generate project reports for review;
Keeping and distribute minutes of meetings to all relevant parties; and
Ensure that an updated, real-time project management system is available and operational.
Configuration control, registering and issuing of reports regarding outstanding and received documents of all records/documents according to AM requirements and for audit purposes.
Act as Liaison Officer between Advanced Manufacturing and internal and external clients to ensure effective service is rendered in line with business requirements.
Interact with staff, visitors and external companies, and arrange permits for external service providers as well as inspections to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and standards.
Assist in the resolution of technical queries and divert to the relevant person.
Develop, prepare and maintain Quality Control Plans and schedules for the clients in line with business requirements.
Principal channel of communication with suppliers and customers regarding changes to orders, surveillance and inspection activities.
Preparation of fabrication documents for compilation of work file.
Comply with Necsa's health and safety requirements and lead by example and attitude.
BBS observations and safety incidents.
Promote a Nuclear Safety Culture within AM
Attend Quality training / awareness sessions and on-the-job training as scheduled
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Artisan (machining/boiler making/welding)
National Diploma in Project Management and or Diploma in Engineering would be an added advantage.
General computer literate to at least intermediate level (Windows, MS Project, MS Word and Excel)
Minimum 5 Years Administrative Experience, with atleast 1-2 years experience in project coordination.
