Project Manager at COENG Consulting and Construction Engineers

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure of projects (with the relevant support from the Head Office). Assist in identifying and implementing expediting measures to prevent project delays. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.  

Responsibilities

• Coordination and team management the project     
• Control on cost, time and quality of project
• Project planning
• Project communication and reporting
• Contract management the project
• Issue contract instructions in accordance with the conditions of the contract
• Project commissioning
• Health, safety and environmental quality of the project

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a built environment discipline preferably Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects/built environment
• Proven track record in project management

Skills and Knowledge

• MS Office proficient including Ms Project
• Project and contract management knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective presentation skills and skills to express complex concepts in business terms
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
