Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Qualification: Electrical Engineering: National Diploma / Degree (BSc / B Eng /B.Tech) with 5-10 years’ experience in an Electrical Engineering environment
Project Management training with 5-7 years project experience
Good experience and knowledge of electrical systems and project management
Sound knowledge of QA systems and ISO requirements
Excellent Microsoft Office and MS Projects skills
Leadership skills and managing of multi-disciplinary teams and sub-contractors.
Specialised knowledge of the business processes in the company
Balanced with strong analytical skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Be based on a site for an extended period inside and outside South Africa when required.
Manage multiple projects at the same time.
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
Gas, Diesel, Solar and other Power Generation experience
