Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources
Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with project teams (internal and external)
Monitors milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to mitigate/minimize non-conformance cost.
Maintains constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders
May coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite, together with Site Engineering Management.
Adheres to PM Innomotics standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g., Tax regulations, Export Control, EHSQ).
Manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
Typically manages various levels of technical support or professional staff in a medium sized project or in a part of a strategic project, most likely at local level
Your profile.
The basis of your success is a completed Bachelor of Engineering/Science/Technology, National Technical Diploma (S4 or T4 or N6) a completed in the field of Electrical Engineering and Project Management.
Current ECSA registration is an advantage
PM Innomotics and / or PMP certification is an advantage
Building on this, you have already gained many years of professional experience in in project management and leading small to medium sized team Oil and Gas, Mining, Cement and / or Paper Industry
Experience in projects ranging in budget from EUR700k to EUR2,5mio
Demonstrated familiarity with electrical and control system engineering in target industries this would include greenfield and brownfields projects.
Proven track record in successfully executing projects within electrical and control system engineering in target industries this would include greenfield and brownfields projects
Experienced in using Project Management Tools (i.e Ms Projects, Primavera etc)
Fluent in understanding of Project Management principles
Fluent communication in English both verbal and written
Strong negotiating skills
Evidence of team leadership capabilities
