Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, addressing challenges and fostering growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain clear communication.
• Travel as necessary to oversee on-site activities and project milestones (up to 40%).

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering is highly preferred).
• Experience: At least 10 years of project management experience, ideally within industries like manufacturing, engineering, or packaging.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong financial acumen and risk management expertise.
• Leadership experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Familiarity with project management systems and tools (e.g., ERP platforms).
• Certification such as PMP or similar is advantageous.
