Job Description

Key Functions:

• Prepare and manage the monthly schedule for all garden and window recurring and ad-hoc work, ensuring timely communication with the sales team.
• Oversee team members’ presentation and maintain the cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles.
• Conduct daily equipment checks, ensure proper cleaning post-use, and report any faults immediately.
• Complete health and safety equipment checklists and verify all safety documentation prior to deployment.
• Visit potential clients to gather leads and support the sales team during quoting processes.
• Manage and approve Job Cards after each project, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain accurate timesheets for all subordinates.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role, ideally within the contract cleaning sector.
• Proficiency in C, R, and planning tools.
• Strong teamwork, integrity, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Additional skills in project management or related software.
