• MDA

Job description:

• Full Accounting function related to customs and exports
• Preparation on monthly recons including age analysis
• Perform export debtors’ function for manufacturing division and follow up on long outstanding receivables to ensure no bad debt occurs
• Reconcile of export sales over and unders to ensure timely resolutions
• Provisioning of monthly logistic costs accruals through a recon of accounts and supplier statement at month end
• Perform regular stock counts at site to ensure accurate stock
• Remain up tot  date with IFRS requirements
• Make necessary provisions in the accounts in line with IFRS
• ensure necessary internal control systems are in place for process in area of responsibility.
• POA/Property accountant to be involved with preparing financial reports and statements,bank reconciliations , and conducting cyclical audits for property associations
• Prepare tax documents.
• Compile and analyse financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting.
