Property Financial Manager

Job Purpose:

The Financial Manager will oversee the Debtors and Creditors Managers. Will also implement new strategies and processes within the Finance team.

Job Description
- Overseeing of Debtors & Creditors departments (team of 10)
- Manage monthly processes and ensure that month end deadlines are reached timeously.
- Financial Forecasting
- Monthly financial reporting on Exco level
- Regular reporting to regional departments
- Cashflow control
- Managing the financial process of property transfers
- Ensure internal controls & processes are in place
- Assist with Audit queries relating to the Debtors & creditors department
- Assisting with adhoc queries & reconciliations
- Master Prospect Sheet/Tracking Report.
- Run a weekly prospect count report and circulate
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- B.Com
- CA /CIMA/ SAIPA advantageous
- At least 5 years relevant experience or 3 years post articles experience
- Computer Literate – Excel Skills Essential
- Knowledge of MDA Property Software
- Own transport
