About the job
- We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee their biggest property portfolio, ensuring efficient operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with management contracts.
- This is a permanent role in Cape Town
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing renewals, new deals, and advertising vacancies.
- Build and maintain tenant and stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct financial reviews, reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Oversee arrears management and coordinate with legal teams.
- Ensure efficient utility management and capital expenditure planning.
- Regularly review and align activities with management contracts.
Requirements:
- Matric (Must)
- BSc or BSc Honours in Property Studies or BCom in Accounting (with or without Honours)
- A Professional Designated Exam (EAAB) will be advantageous (Must hold an FFC certificate) Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
- Audit experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in property portfolio management.
- Strong financial, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
