To this end, the incoming Property Manager will be required to:
Draft/negotiate leases.
Handle handovers of rental units.
Take charge of monthly billing and recoveries.
Manage tenant relations.
Oversee maintenance of property under management.
Requirement
Based in Cape Town, the ideal candidate will have strong skills on MDA/MRI, as well as 3-to-4-years’ experience in property management of Industrial and Commercial property.
