Property Manager at Lexdan Select

• Lexdan Select is assisting an Investment company with their search for a Property Manager, based in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Project Management or Property Management
• Minimum of 4 years experience in property management or real estate management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's portfolio of real estate assets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the value and profitability of existing properties in the portfolio.
• Short Term Rental Management
• Manage budgets and financial reporting for each property, manage costs, ensuring accurate and timely financial oversight.
• Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations.
