Proposal Engineer I - South Africa at Gaming Laboratories International, LLC

Duties and responsibilities:

Proposal Tracking System Roles / Shifts 

• Reviewing Proposals and checking proposal content  
•  Requesting file numbers for new projects for functional testing and Security projects 
• Assist with maintaining the Proposal Tracking System (PTS) including but not limited to the following: create daily backup, review tasks/buckets, review proposals  
• Liaise with Client Services, Engineering and QA about task/project status
• Help maintain existing reports and develops new reports
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Required skills/Experience: 

• Senior Certificate
• Interest and knowledge in IT - with some development experience is important
• Knowledge of either Microsoft Teams Planner, SharePoint Lists, SQL, Python and CRM would be a benefit
• Pro-active attidue including the ability to manage assigned work
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good knowledge of the English language, verban and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
