Job Description

• We are looking for a PSA Implementation Consultant to support our Magnetic consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how creative, marketing, advertising and digital agencies operate, from traffic and studio workflows to production, resourcing, project delivery, client service and finance.
• We are looking for a client-focused, tech-savvy consultant who enjoys solving operational problems, improving workflows and helping agencies get real value from their systems. You do not need to be a developer, but you do need to understand agency operations and enjoy working directly with clients to deliver practical PSA solutions.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Lead and support the implementation of the Magnetic solution for agency clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and client workshops to define and document requirements.
• Analyse agency business processes and translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Configure Magnetic in line with client needs and industry best practice.
• Advise clients on improved workflows across traffic, studio, production, resource planning, project delivery, client service and finance.
• Prepare implementation documentation, training materials and user guides to support project delivery.
• Deliver client training and provide go-live assistance to support successful system adoption.
• Provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting and solution enhancements post-implementation.
• Build strong client relationships and help clients maximise the value of Magnetic.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent experience in business, information systems, operations, project management or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a creative, advertising, marketing or digital agency environment.
• Experience in agency operations, traffic, studio management, production, resource planning, project management, client service operations or a related role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end agency workflows and business processes.
• Experience with Magnetic, another agency management system, workflow tool, project management system or PSA solution would be advantageous.
