Purchasing & Sales Consultants at Bluespec Holdings

Key Performance Areas – Vehicle Stock Ins / Purchasing:

• Contact each lead timeously and update the leads list daily for submission to the Purchasing Manager by COD
• Achieve and maintain a minimum closing ratio of 8%
• Follow up on all unclosed leads and maintain ongoing communication with sellers
• Provide daily updates to sellers from first contact until payment has been made
• Follow up daily with internal departments regarding upliftments, dealer stock, and payments

Compliance & Process Adherence:

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Ensure all processes are followed and documentation complies with company policy
• Accuracy of documentation is critical and non-negotiable
• Comply with all reasonable instructions and requests from Management

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Minimum 1 year experience in the motor industry
• Salvage experience will be advantageous
• Microsoft Office (All Suites) – Intermediate
• Salesforce experience – ideal
• Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills
