    Python Developer

    The Role

    • Software Design company is looking to employ an experienced Python DevOps for either their Cape Town or Johannesburg Branch.

    Responsibilities;

    • Build systems, leveraging new technologies and AWS Cloud services
    • Design software solutions with a focus on reliability, performance and usability
    • Develop, enhance and maintain backend systems in different languages and technologies, with an emphasis on Python
    • Apply and foster best software development life cycle practices

    Experience;

    • Understanding of computer science fundamentals, OO concepts, data structures and algorithms
    • REST, Python and Linux proficient
    • Experiencedin developing backend systems in a Micro Service architecture
    • Exposure to Web technologies such as AngularJS

    Qualifications;

    • Information Technology or Computer Science Degree (or similar)
    • Minimum 4 years of experience

    • Python
    • Linux
    • Node
    • AWS
    • Docker
