To assist the Quality Assurance Department with tasks required to maintain an efficient and highly functional Quality Management System, by compiling annual product quality reviews, driving the supplier approval program, taking part in internal and external audits, manage customer complaints and batch release when required.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Manage the Annual GMP Training Procedure in line with the latest approved Standard Operating Procedure
Maintain Supplier Documentation required for the approval and monitoring program
Product Quality Review Responsible for batch release of products when required
Assist with internal and external audits
Customer complaint investigations
Administrative support in the department
Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 Certificate
Btech in Quality or Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification
Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel PowerPoint)
2-year QA/QC experience in pharmaceutical environment
Quality Management System experience
Knowledge of Food Safety/HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices.
